I went to Naples Smiles Dentistry for a deep cleaning of my gums and teeth and was extremely happy with the whole experience. Denisse was friendly, professional and highly skilled. The whole visit was smooth, efficient and pain free. I would definitely recommend Naples smiles.

Don't go to this dental office or take the "$59 offer for teeth cleaning". I scheduled an appointment with them for the same offer which was advertised as a free teeth check up and after that if your gums & teeth are healthy you get the $59 clean. They said that I can't get the offer because it needs to be done deep cleaning and quoted me $600 to do it, I denied and they charged me $120 for the check up because I didn't proceed with anything. Keep in mind it was advertised free checkup and if your gums & teeth are healthy you get the offer, there was no disclaimer that if you don't go with the offer or you don't qualify for the offer that you have to pay $120 which is a joke. They were professional and kind but it's more for marketing and try to upsell you on some stuff.

Best dental experience I’ve had. Front staff was very welcoming, and Dr. Eisler made me feel comfortable throughout my treatment. I was nervous before I came in but Nicole reassured me that he was one of the best… she was right! She also helped make everything affordable for me before we began so there’d be no surprises. Dental assistants were also very gentle.

New update: Until today there is no claims on my insurance. I don’t think they ever tried to contact the insurance company, I truly believe the bill they sent with claims to another insurance it’s fraud just to don’t refund the money and still charge my husband for extras. Stay away from this dental office. They are far from being honest!!! And when my husband went there to figure out about the bill, the front desk guy didn’t remember my husband ( or pretend to don’t remember) and said that it was too soon for a bill) Again, they never submitted my insurance info to Delta Dental and they never will because they are dishonest!!!! My husband went to this dental office over 6 months ago, paid cash at the time. They scheduled for the next visit in 6 months for regular cleaning, at this time he brought the insurance, which they told him it would take days for the insurance collect the info, so they gave him the option to reschedule or pay cash ($119) and they would refund once the insurance kick in. Not only the insurance kicked in, but we've got a bill of $15. Funny how my dental office at different location they collect the info of my new insurance within 30 minutes, my daughter had

I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Camejo at Naples Smiles. I recently had a root canal, and to my surprise, it was completely pain-free from start to finish. Dr. Camejo and the entire team delivered world-class customer service, making me feel comfortable and cared for every step of the way. The office has an extremely friendly and welcoming environment, and the level of service is truly exceptional.
